What payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Under some circumstances we accept cash , zelle and wire transfers. We do not accept personal or business checks.

I have insurance on my car. Do I still need to purchase your coverage?
If your car insurance covers you for driving other vehicles, there's no need to purchase additional coverage. We will contact your insurance provider to ensure your policy covers the vehicle you plan to rent.
What happens if I get a ticket or tolls?
We are not responsible for any tickets you incur while driving our vehicles, nor will we pay any toll road fees. You are also responsible for any other fees, penalties,towing charges, or impound costs.
Clients are responsible for all expenses they incur in the rental vehicle. This includes tolls, tickets and towing.
Can I rent a car if I'm younger than 25?
Yes, if your full coverage insurance is in good standing and covers the vehicle you wish to rent, we allow clients under the age of 25 to rent a vehicle. An underage fee will apply.
What are your requirements?
US Customers:

Non US Customers:
◦ A Valid driving license and passport
◦ A major credit card
◦ Must be 25 years old or older
Please note: all three documents need to be under the driver's name. Debit cards may be accepted if other requirements are met.
Do you take a security deposit?
Yes, we require a security deposit, which varies based on the type of vehicle you rent, your age, and the insurance coverage and credit card you have. A hold will be placed on your credit card for the duration of the rental. The hold will be released once the vehicle is returned in good condition, with no issues.
How do I make a reservation?
Write us an email with your information to reserve or ask for more information. For the reservation we need to know the dates and times of Pick-up and Drop-off, Name and Surname, email and contact telephone. We will reply to you for the further information we need to proceed with the reservation.
Do you offer delivery service?
Yes, we offer complimentary delivery within Miami Beach, Miami Downtown , Miami Midtown , for others area contact us .
Please note: pickup service is also available.
Is there a limited number of miles I can drive?
Each reservation comes with 100 miles per day. Anything over has an additional cost which varies by vehicle. Extra mile charges will be charged at usd 4.00.
Will I get the same vehicle that I reserved?
In most cases, you will receive the exact vehicle you reserved online. However, if that vehicle becomes unavailable for any unforeseen reason, we will offer you an upgraded car at no extra charge or provide a full refund.

What happens if I return the vehicle late?
We offer a one-hour grace period for late returns. After the grace period, you will be charged 20% of the daily rate for each additional hour. So, after five hours, a full day's rental fee will apply.
Do I get a discount when I rent for a week or a month?
Yes, we offer discounts for extended rentals. If you rent a vehicle for a minimum of 7 to 27 days, you'll receive a 15% discount on the base rental price. For rentals of 28 or more consecutive days, the discount increases to 20%. Please note that these discounts apply only to the base rental price and do not cover any additional charges.
Do you offer hourly rentals?​
No, we have a one-day minimum rental policy for all vehicles. Some vehicles may have a two or three-day minimum. While you are free to return the car earlier,
you will still be required to pay for the minimum rental period.
Am I the only one who can drive the car?
Only individuals listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle. SoloLambo Car Rental allows up to two drivers per rental agreement, both of whom must have valid driver's licenses and insurance coverage.
What is your cancellation policy?
Customers have a 24-hour window from the time of booking to cancel their reservation without any penalty. If a reservation is canceled at least seven days prior to the scheduled rental date, no cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellations made less than seven days before the rental date will incur a penalty of 50% of the rental value.
Please note: Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start date and time are considered final and cannot be canceled.
